***NOTE*** In order to book a service, we have certain requirements so that we can be sure that you (the consumer) understands and values the time we will spend together. First you will enroll in our community centered introductory class ‘The SWEET Essentials to Postpartum Education Pop-Up.’ This is for all parents that desire to retain our signature services. In this required class we will discuss the range of services provided beginning with a personalized CARE Plan that is right for you and your family. This class is $40 for couples and FREE for single moms. Book your session here.
After you take this required 90 minute class, you will receive a packet, with a set of agreements which I will ask you to fill out to the best of your knowledge, scan, email, or fax back to me, signed, within 2 weeks. The agreements are simple and straight-forward and are not legally-binding.
Agreements are signed so that both parties are in complete agreement about expectations of the type and length of the services being requested of me as your CARE coordinator and practitioner.
I also ask for a retainer/deposit of $600 (8 hours of service, no less than 2 hours per visit), which 50% is refundable if you must cancel before the birth of your baby.
Are these services covered by your health insurance?
Some insurance companies will cover postpartum services. There are twenty+ insurance companies that have begun paying for postpartum services. You will have to call your insurance company to see if they participate. And if they do you will have to find out if they’ll cover all the expense or just part of it. If you have an HSA/FSA health care savings card / flex spending account, you can use that to pay for services. Payment can also be made by cash, check or credit card. Ask about our PAY IT FORWARD program to help us make our services accessible to needy families.

Have you planned your “SWEET Baby Moon” – Together we will spend plenty of time planning your postpartum experience during the prenatal period.
How many hours per week can you book services?
We will provide a maximum of 20 hours per week for up to 3 months.
This is variable for each mother, family and situation. At our initial consultation we create your very own personal CARE Plan. This will help us to determine what your ideal experience will be in a fun, creative, and therapeutic way. This way we can get specific about your postpartum goals and identify with your perspectives of our unique services. As your CARE Plan coordinator, I am here to create a positive relationship between you and your team. So together we can identify any blocks and design your SWEET Postpartum Care Plan to help you and your partner discover the joys of parenthood.
My work hours are blocked to make sure that I am able to sustain my own family life. As a wife, mother of small children, and small business owner, it is important that we are clear on scheduling so that we are respectful of each other’s responsibilities.
So when we have our 1st visit, soon after birth, I come to help get you on the right track with your breastfeeding journey, reproductive health, and overall healing, gently and effectively.
The HIVE Tour
During the introductory interview, a house tour is helpful to get an idea of the environment. Meeting with the family before the birth, in your own home, helps the older siblings and other family that may live in the home, get to InTune to our routine before the baby(s) is born is ideal, but not necessary. Children often enjoy being the leader of the house-tour.
